I have known Angela Luna for nearly 20 years. As a former SJUSD student and employee, a current SJUSD parent, and a special education advocate—now serving as chair of the SJUSD Community Advisory Committee for Special Education—I have witnessed her dedication firsthand. She consistently engages in critical conversations at our CAC meetings, playing a key role in improving the special education system. Angela is always willing to listen, even in the face of differences, gathering facts to help find solutions to the many challenges impacting our teachers and students. She is incredibly trustworthy, acts with integrity in all she does, and truly values our SJUSD community. Angela is an amazing human being, and I am honored to support her.
